About the Role
It’s an exciting time to join Ogury, and as our Field Marketing Manager - Japan, you will be at the forefront of shaping our brand presence, executing high-impact marketing strategies, and driving business growth in one of the world’s most dynamic markets.

In this role, you will bring a powerful mix of strategic vision, hands-on execution, and a proven track record in hyper-growth environments. You won’t just follow industry trends—you’ll set them, creating innovative marketing activations that demand attention and leave a lasting impression.

This role reports to our Director of Field Marketing APAC, based in Sydney, Australia. It is a hybrid position, based out of our Tokyo office, where we encourage team members to join us at least two days per week—or more if you’d like!
