Amazon Robotics is seeking a dynamic Strategic Communications Program Manager to architect and execute our Global Robotics Delivery communications strategy. In this role, you will translate robotics delivery innovations and operational achievements into compelling narratives that resonate with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities
Design and execute end-to-end communication strategies that connect robotics delivery innovations with operational excellence and business impact.

Lead strategic communications and writing for multi-year initiatives and operational planning.

Develop frameworks that guide how we communicate.

Orchestrate multi-channel communications for major initiatives

Craft data-driven stories that showcase our robotics solutions' impact on operational excellence

Create engagement strategies that inform and inspire diverse audiences

Build scalable measurement systems to track, analyze, and optimize communications effectiveness.

Drive stakeholder alignment through clear, compelling written narratives that inspire action.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Utilize interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work effectively with executives and stakeholders at all levels.

About the team
GRD Strategic Operations Mission:
To cultivate and drive organizational excellence within Global Robotics Delivery (GRD) through centralized planning, strategic alignment, and collaborative processes that optimize performance, foster transparency, and enable seamless cross-functional business operations.- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
