The Amazon Private Brands (APB) team is looking for a customer-obsessed Sr. Product Manager. The Sr. Product Manger's primary responsibility is to build and grow marketing and discoverability for Private Brands Business to Business (B2B) team. Chartered with defining the marketing strategy that meets APB B2B business objectives, they must be adept at coalescing inputs such as customer feedback, market data, competitive landscape, and overall brand positioning.

Key job responsibilities
The Sr. PM is responsible for defining positioning, messaging, target audiences, commercialization, and lifecycle marketing strategies. This role works closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Retail to deliver business initiatives.
We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit that strives in high ownership, highly ambiguous spaces and is energized by the idea of driving meaningful impact to their organization’s overall topline performance. The Sr. Program Manager will be analytically driven to comprehend results of experiments and understand the size of prize associated with potential opportunities in the space. They will be able to work cross-functionally and drive products end-to-end: analyze complex sets of data, deal with ambiguity, break down the problem into smaller addressable parts, map out stakeholders, and define deliverables, dependencies, timelines and mechanisms to track progress and continuously improve. We are looking for individuals that are analytical and strategic, with an understanding how to effectively market products online.
Primary deliverables of this role include but not limited to:
• APB B2B marketing and discoverability strategy ownership and multi-year roadmap
• Consumer insights, competitive landscape, and need/gap analysis
• Business reviews
• Product Lifecycle Management
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Experience in using statistical analysis to identify issues or opportunities for improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
