ABOUT THE TEAM:

The Tide Credit Services team is a small but high-impact unit focused on delivering an unrivalled experience in accessing credit that is simple and fast for Tide members. While our product proposition is relatively new, we're poised for major growth in 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team at the forefront of revolutionizing SME lending and directly contribute to our ambitious expansion plans.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We're seeking a driven and strategic Lead Product Manager to scale our Credit Flex and Credit Score Insights products to their next level of growth. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing the strategy and roadmap that will drive significant product growth.
  • Analyzing product performance and market trends to identify key opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborating effectively with design, analytics, and engineering teams to seize these opportunities and deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Working closely with the Credit Risk team to shape the product and ensure responsible lending practices.
  • Leading the strategic direction of these products, initially as an individual contributor with the potential to build and lead a product team as the products scale.

This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing fintech environment, directly shaping the future of SME lending.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 7+ years of product management experience, ideally within fintech or financial services.
  • Experience in lending is highly desirable, with a preference for SME lending.
  • A seasoned Lead Product Manager or a strong Senior Product Manager ready to step up.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively as an individual contributor across all facets of product development, including analytics, UX/design, and engineering.
  • A strategic thinker with a data-driven approach, capable of identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities
  • Very strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Proficiency in agile development methodologies such as OKRs, Scrum, and Kanban.
  • Product strategy skills, commercial acumen and an understanding of unit economics
  • Leadership qualities and a desire to mentor and manage fellow PMs
