Who You Will Be Working With

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the strategic execution of cross-channel media campaigns, ensuring they deliver optimal performance and exceed client expectations.
  • Oversee media operations, including partner management, campaign optimization, and in-depth performance analysis across Publisher Partnerships, Display, Video/CTV, Audio, and other key channels.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with media partners, working collaboratively to maximize campaign reach, effectiveness, and innovation.
  • Identify and negotiate deals with key publishers to connect brands with target audiences, leveraging data and insights to guide decisions.
  • Communicate proactively with clients, providing strategic updates, actionable insights, and performance overviews.
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to align with client goals and drive campaign success.
  • Manage and mentor a team of media professionals, providing guidance and resources to help them thrive and deliver exceptional results.
  • Spearhead high-impact, cross-agency projects and initiatives that drive innovation and measurable success for clients.

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years in digital media strategy, campaign management, media partnerships, or a related field, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of people management experience, with strong skills in mentoring, training, and guiding team members to achieve their potential.
  • Advanced expertise in account planning and brand media, enabling you to guide strategic and impactful campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with content creation, supporting effective media operations and delivering compelling storytelling in partnership with media publishers.
  • Ability to work on a cross-functional team to ensure cohesive, 360-degree media strategies.
  • A strong command of marketing metrics, planning and analysis, and market research and consumer behavior to inform data-driven strategies.
  • Expertise in tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Excel to analyze data, provide actionable insights, and improve performance.
  • Exceptional skills in relationship building, fostering trusted partnerships with media platforms and internal stakeholders to drive innovation and success.
  • Proven leadership capabilities to mentor and manage a team of media professionals, encouraging growth and delivering outstanding results for clients.
  • A commitment to curiosity and adaptability as a continual learner, staying at the forefront of media innovation while prioritizing client success with a customer-focused mindset that seeks opportunities to deliver meaningful value.
