Job Overview:

Tower Research Capital, a high-frequency proprietary trading firm founded in 1998 seeks an intern to join our Compliance team. The intern will play a crucial role in assisting with the firm's compliance obligations, including exchange filings and regulatory monitoring. The position offers hands-on experience in financial markets, regulatory frameworks, and auditing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Compliance:
• Assist in preparing and submitting exchange filings on NSE, BSE, and MCX.
• Stay updated on relevant exchange and SEBI circulars, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation for regulatory audits.
• Audit Support:
• Provide assistance in preparing for internal and external audits.
• Assist in gathering, organizing, and reviewing necessary documents for audit purposes.
• Help identify any potential compliance gaps and assist in resolving them.
• Research & Analysis:
• Review and analyze relevant exchange and SEBI guidelines and circulars.
• Support the team with the research required for compliance and regulatory inquiries.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field.
• Strong interest in financial markets, regulatory frameworks, and compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to regulatory requirements.
