Office Manager, Corporate Services

Tower Research Capital, a high-frequency proprietary trading firm, seeks an Assistant Manager to join the Corporate Services team in India. The ideal candidate should be highly committed and a team player who is dedicated to enhancing employee experience.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the global events team to plan, budget and execute all in-house and off-site events for India.
• Coordinate with the Office Management & Culture and other groups to maintain Tower’s unique culture.
• Collaborate with Human Resources team for various events and gifting
• Actively participate in the internal stakeholder meetings with employees related to Events & Food
• Be one of the point of contacts for employees for any Corporate Services related requirements for the employees
• Manage food & beverage responsibilities, including managing corporate team lunch, planning daily breakfast and lunch menus
• Assist with on/offboarding of India employees and visitors, including assigning and preparing desks.
• Manage corporate travel bookings for India employees including airfare and accommodations
• Day to day administration, including maintaining and updating processes as well as updating systems such as Google Sheets, Jira and Tableau (training to be provided)

Qualifications:

• Highly motivated and proactive
• Excellent administrative skills with 5-7 years of working experience in a similar role.
• Organized and detail oriented
• Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships
• Must be willing to attend events as necessary
• Must be available to work from the office 5 days per week if needed.
• Must have excellent command in Microsoft office/ G-suite
