Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in management consulting or direct healthcare.
  • 3 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on cloud solutions, SaaS, or IT infrastructure.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience managing business cycles and navigating organizations to secure executive sponsorship.
  • Experience with healthcare-specific challenges, such as compliance (e.g., PHI, HIPAA), interoperability, cost reductions and data security).
  • Experience in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales problem-solving tools.
  • Experience selling to the healthcare vertical, with an understanding of payer and provider organizations.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing technologies, industry trends, and customer needs.

As a Strategic Business Cycle Field Sales Manager in Healthcare and Life Science (HCLS), you will build relationships with new accounts, drive digital transformation, and deliver cloud solutions tailored to the healthcare industry's and evolving needs.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$196,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Expand Google Cloud's reach by engaging with healthcare payer and provider organizations. Take an approach to building partnerships from the ground up, positioning as a trusted advisor to guide their term technology and business transformation.
  • Engage with C-suite and executive leadership at healthcare organizations to understand their unique challenges and propose tailored cloud solutions.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a business pipeline using Google’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track opportunities from lead generation to close.
  • Drive business goals by closing, transformative agreements in the healthcare vertical.
  • Act as the customer internally, providing feedback to influence product roadmaps and marketing strategies.
