You will be responsible for developing new features, debugging issues found by customer and Quality Assurance, code reviews, bringing up new hardware, and ensuring smooth interoperability. You will work closely with multiple cross functional teams and vendors. Responsibilities will span multiple implementations. Key Responsibilities: Develop new firmware features and base firmware layers alongside team members Triage, debug, and resolve issues in existing and upcoming solutions Work with cross functional teams and vendors

  • Experience with writing and debugging complex firmware or drivers
  • Knowledge of C

  • Experience with logic analyzers and oscilloscopes
  • Knowledge of using a software/firmware debugger (e.g. LLDB/Xcode, gdb, Kiel µVision, Visual Studio, etc)

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,100 and $264,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
