This internship will provide valuable insights, foster innovative thinking, and enable you to make meaningful contributions to a global network infrastructure. During your three months internship with us, you will: Examine current incident data to identify recurring issues and patterns and investigate delays in ticket closures. Propose strategies to reduce backlog and improve resolution efficiency. Using AI and Automation propose ways to improve current incident management by analysing trends, evaluating ticket resolution times, and addressing aging tickets. Collaborate with various Global Network Services and Infrastructure services teams to understand challenges and recommend solutions for better operational workflows. Prepare detailed presentations of findings and suggested process improvements for leadership teams. Join a talented team with a wide range of responsibilities.

  • We are seeking a motivated individual with a curious mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and experience in network programming and automation.
  • The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Networking Knowledge:
  • A passion for networks, with a foundational understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and LAN/WAN.
  • Familiarity with wireless technologies (e.g., Wi-Fi standards, access points, controllers) is a strong advantage.
  • Programming Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with one or more programming languages, particularly Python or Ansible.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts is a plus.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts and strategies clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • IT Service Management:
  • Basic understanding of IT service management tools or ticketing systems, such as ServiceNow or Jira is a plus.
