We are hiring Technical Project Manager to lead adoption of application security processes and improvements across internal customer teams. Technical Engagement Managers proactively reach out to at-risk organizations to better understand their application security needs, and develop a plan for security engineering teams to execute. They also work with in collaboration with other Technical Engagement Managers and Leaders to build and run the application security team.
Key job responsibilities
- Internal organization outreach to understand application security needs and areas of improvement.
- Understand the business context and impact of proposed security process improvements.
- Demonstrate hands on expertise in project management and agile best practices across large and complex engagements.
- Collaborate with internal organizations’ business leaders, development teams, and application security engineering teams to to seek to understand our customers’ needs, their business, how success is defined, and ensure that we are exceeding expectations in developing and delivering customer outcomes.
- Manages engagement goals and leads teams to achieve customers’ business outcomes by managing issues, risks, decisions, dependencies, and action items.
- Ability to apply strategic thinking to create and execute a plan to achieve project goals tied to customer business outcomes.
- Ability to influence, negotiate, resolve conflicts and achieve results through others who are not direct reports.

- Extensive experience and expertise in technical project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
