As a (Senior) FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic decision support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to present and analyze financial performance, identify opportunities for growth, and enhance financial processes to support Blueground’s global expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Run financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Support the issuance of periodic management reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and insights to support decision-making.
Support with board presentations, and investor and lender communications
Own Blueground’s financial model to support strategic planning and corporate finance
Provide in-depth financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Collaborate with department leaders to align financial goals with company objectives.
Drive automation and process improvements in the financial planning function.
Support ad-hoc financial projects and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or corporate finance (experience in a high-growth company is a plus).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools (experience with BI tools is a plus).
Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Reliability and can-do personality that is excited about getting things done
