In this role, you will be responsible for owning the product strategy and direction for the Identity and Access Management team. You’ll continually assess the needs of our business partners in defining and evolving the product offerings and roadmap. You apply your business and technical insights to define roadmap for products and services, deliver innovative features and world class performance. You own the execution of product lifecycle process from concept to launch, effectively prioritize most important features, and deliver them on time and budget.

Key job responsibilities
- Define a vision and strategic framework for Infrastructure Engineering and Security products and services, supporting grocery technologies. including “working backwards” vision documents on products and features
- Develop and incorporate creative about how technology can enable business solutions to achieve a better cost structure, lower overhead, and better customer experience
- Work with the tech teams to craft business requirements, influence design and architecture of technical solutions
- Own the product backlog, understand the business requirements, determine the prioritization and make feature trade-offs
- Leverage data and define the success metrics for features or services to track performance, deep-dive on issues, and uncover trends and patterns
- Manage cross-functional project teams, planning and organizing, and executing complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders to enable the launch of new features, projects, processes and technologies
A day in the life
Every day is different for a Product Manager. You’ll work independently and collaboratively on projects, which may be at different stages of the lifecycle, from development to delivery. You might spend your morning gathering data and feedback to assess a pilot, then spend your afternoon discussing a launch plan. You will collaborate with other teams, track project progress, and share updates. You might be pulled into a prioritization or problem solving discussion by management or other team members.

WWGST's IAM team's objective is to unify identity and security and integrate that unity into data, applications, & technology building blocks. We deliver an architecture that supports seamless authentication, fine- grained authorization and adaptive access control supporting modern, legacy applications and data consumption requirements. We simplify the service by providing the right access, to the right people, at the right time, for the right reason, at the right cost. IAM team comprises of Development and Operations Engineering pillars working collaboratively to achieve the mission.- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- 3+ years of experience defining roadmap strategy and prioritizing deliverables for your team products
- Experience in managing technical products and services
- Experience with end to end product delivery and making tradeoff decisions
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning sessions- Knowledge of agile product development and life-cycle management process
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines
