Project Kuiper is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Project Kuiper will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.

Export Control Requirement:
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Key job responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with subject matter experts (SMEs) and partner teams to develop technical training, knowledgebase content, and ensure completion of key operational readiness requirements.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently
- Leverage rapid, agile development techniques
- Foster strong relationships with teams across Amazon, leading and influencing others effectively to achieve cross-functional alignment on goals and successful product/service launch execution
- Perform needs analysis using available data and evaluate program results to continuously improve readiness and the customer experience with support on new services and features
- Establish processes, tools, and tracking/reporting mechanisms to streamline and simplify launch preparations and readiness.

- 7+ years of training program experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 5+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $215,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
