We are seeking a Customer Experience Program Management Specialist to help provide solutions that align this new technology with customer business goals β as the alignment of these solutions will allow our customers and their users to achieve more.
As a Customer Experience Program Management Specialist,β―you will help facilitate our strategy by gathering customer insights, developing experiences and methods to reduce customer friction in product adoption, partnering with cross-functional members of the organization to align customer feedback with product improvements, engage directly with customers to communicate product features and enhancements, and more. You will be a member of a team that operates in a critical cross-functional role within our organization. You will be asked to partner with product, engineering, design, research, marketing, and sales β ensuring that customer insights are an influencing factor in the development of our overall product strategy and roadmap.
