Career Choice is Amazon’s education benefit designed to support our front-line employees in advancing their careers through skills training and education. Available in 14 countries, we offer regionally specific programming through a large network of approved training providers to support employees in taking the next step in their career towards in-demand jobs.

We are seeking a results driven Media designer to help us create compelling and engaging content that resonates with our audience Career Choice strategic communication across 14 countries in North America and Rest of World. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, enthusiastic person who can manage multiple projects, some on tight deadlines, and communicate professionally with stakeholders and stories’ subjects.

As a skilled storyteller, you will be responsible for crafting narratives that bring our brand to life across various digital platforms. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to develop content strategies that align with our brand voice and messaging. Your ability to create visually stunning and emotionally resonant stories will be key in driving engagement and building brand loyalty. If you are a creative thinker with a passion for storytelling of frontline employees and a deep understanding of digital media, we want you on our team.

Key job responsibilities
• Develop and execute creative digital content strategies that align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences.
• Create compelling and engaging multimedia Career Choice content, including videos, graphics, and written copy, that tells a cohesive brand story across all digital channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and social media, to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.
• Monitor and analyse digital content performance metrics, such as engagement rates and click-through rates, to optimize content and drive results.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging digital trends and technologies, and incorporate them into content strategies as appropriate
• Manage and maintain digital content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery across all channels.
• Act as a Career Choice brand ambassador, representing the company and its values in all digital communications and interactions.
• Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to tell the company's story through digital channels.
• Join a dynamic team of creative professionals who are passionate about using digital storytelling to engage audiences and drive business results.
• Work with cutting-edge technology and innovative storytelling techniques to create compelling content that resonates with audiences across multiple platforms.
• Content Design Expertise: Demonstrated experience in digital content design and animation processes and pipelines is essential.
• Creative Leadership: Lead internal brainstorms and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects from conception to execution.
• Vision and Direction: Serve as the creative and conceptual guide for projects, maintaining a high standard of excellence while addressing customer feedback effectively.
• Customer Engagement: Actively participate in new pitches, creating compelling presentations to secure projects.
• Foster strong customer relationships and manage expectations throughout project lifecycles.
• Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of creativity and quality in all deliverables, ensuring alignment with customer goals and exceeding expectations.
• In certain periods, you will be also responsible for helping support and execute and analysing marketing campaigns, with a particular emphasis on increasing engagement for our associate population, driving awareness for the program and showcase operational efficiencies when applicable.- 3+ years of design experience
- Have an available online portfolio
- Experience working with agile development teams (agile/scrum/kanban)
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suit applications, with high proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat using macOS- Experience with e-commerce, search, social, and other major application types and their UX patterns
- Experience creating services and applications with multiple user touch points on different platforms and devices

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $108,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
