YOUR MISSION

Glovo is looking for a talented and ambitious Intern for the Top Accounts Team. Do you want to gain experience in one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe?

Join us and play a key role in supporting and developing the largest restaurant partners in the market! This is a paid internship, with potential opportunities afterwards

THE JOURNEY

• Support Account Managers in their daily work and act proactively.
• Assist with partner operations, such as creating tasks for the content team, setting up profiles for new locations, and updating menus.
• Daily work on CRM tools  e.g. Salesforce, and reporting tools e.g. Looker, Amplitude.
• Track and report basic performance metrics.
• Coordinate cross-department tasks by liaising with different teams within the company.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive environment that fosters growth, development, and real impact.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• You are a student or recent graduate (Bachelor’s/Master’s degree).
• Strong desire to gain work experience in an international company—or previous experience in an internship role, ideally in an FMCG company (marketing, sales support, key account assistant, etc.).
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Basic Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
• Effective communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and high engagement in daily tasks.
• Good command of both written and spoken Polish and English.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
