The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the regional marketing strategies to drive business growth and seller success. With a great balance in business acumen and marketing expertise, the field marketing manager will be the owner of the local integrated marketing initiative design and execution together with the Amazon site leader and seller consultant team to penetrate the local seller community and cross-border e-commerce ecosystem at large, enhancing regional awareness and in turn demand generation of CN Global Selling in Ningbo, Taizhou and Wenzhou.
Key job responsibilities
His/her responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Coordinate and customize offline/online branding campaigns through local top tradeshows and mega events to promote strategic segments
• Formulate Contribute to industrial cluster development strategy aligned with business team to jointly expand penetrate scope and target seller approach to nurture star Sellers
• Build systematic and scientific city-level branding metrics and field market insights/seller voice collection mechanism
• Build the Local Microphone Network and synergy mechanism together with local government, associations, industrial clusters, incubation/industrial parks, earned media and ride on their offline and online seller touch points to promote Amazon Global Selling
• Create regional branding toolkit such as branding videos and marketing collaterals for all offline and online engagement; develop local seller stories in video or social format and pitch branding and seller stories on local media in partnership with the central branding and PR team to disseminate positive voice
• Together with the seller consultant team identify the high-growth seller segments, create clear-cut seller profile knowledge and value proposition. Develop tailored marketing programs for deeper penetration
• Build the Regional Alliance System with service providers/associations and develop the city-level seller community driving seller referral and seller-educate-seller engagement. Establish the city-level seller club together with local key sellers for effective seller communication
• Develop and deliver tailored seller educational content for each region
• Optimize existing Amazon office seller connection calendar with creative marketing initiatives to enhance seller stickiness
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field
- A minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing teams and/or large-scale marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing communications, and demand generation strategies in a B2B or B2C environment
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas effectively to a variety of audiences
- Experience managing budgets and maximizing the ROI of marketing investments
- Language: Chinese and Englis- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Familiar with latest marketing tools, communication channels and marketing activities
- Proven track record of taking ownership, managing conflicting priorities and driving results
- Strong analytical skills, with experience leveraging data to inform marketing decisions
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges in a timely manner
- Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity
