Amazon Global Selling is looking for Business Development Manager to join the Vietnam team based in Ho Chi Minh City.

The role involves creating scalable recruitment programs targeting Vietnam and FDI manufacturers/factories to introduce local products/selections on Amazon.com by different approaches. This requires collaboration with external entities like government agencies, industry associations, service providers, and seller communities.

The candidate must be adaptable, capable of engaging with various contacts to discuss Amazon's Global Selling value proposition, and work with Amazon's cross-regional teams, program and category managers, and other internal stakeholders. The goal is to expand Global Selling's outreach and introduce unique selections across Amazon platforms.

Amazon Global Selling enables businesses worldwide to reach Amazon's global customer base and build international brands. , including over 300 million active users and 150+ million Prime members, helping sellers build international brands.

Key job responsibilities
1. Initiate and manage recruitment activities targeting Vietnam/FDI manufacturers in collaboration with government agencies, industry associations, service provider network and sales outbound activities.
2. Collaborate with Account management team across regions to open opportunities for Vietnam manufacturers to engage in the supply chain.
3. Work with program managers and 3rd party service provider to ensure supporting system to ensure speed and quality of supporting logistics, payment and account management solutions.
4. Identify market opportunities and drive programs/initiatives to accelerate seller growth.1. Prior experience in sales or business development role, preferably in eCommerce, supply chain management, and retail industries.
2. Demonstrated drive to set and achieve aggressive goals while not compromising on the quality of the work.
3. Good communication and presentation skills.
4. Ability to work in fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity.
5. Effective data analytical skill.
6. Strong written and verbal English skills. Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin and Vietnamese.
7. 6+ years working experience.
8. Bachelor's degree preferred.1. Proven ability to both think strategically and execute plans.
2. Excellent organization skills, and ability to effectively manage multiple projects and to evolve in an ambiguous environment.
3. Enthusiastic and passionate – have a genuine interest in the product. Have the presence and ability to ‘excite’ people about Amazon Global Selling.
4. Ability to interact at management level with medium-to-large Vietnamese and international companies.
