The Revenue Operations Manager - Deal Desk & Order Fulfillment is responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate order processing and support to the Sales and Client Success Teams to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction. This role will work closely with the Finance team to streamline the order-to-cash process and provide exceptional support to the Sales and Client Success teams. 

In this role, you are vital in facilitating the seamless execution of the sales process, contributing positively to the experiences of both our internal and external clients. Your effective management of orders and related inquiries plays a key role in driving the success and expansion of our organization.

What you’ll do:

  • Establish and manage a dedicated Deal Desk to streamline and automate the order process
  • Identify and implement process improvements, including automation, to increase efficiency and reduce errors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure complex deals, ensuring they are both competitive and aligned with company objectives
  • Provide guidance on pricing, discounts, contract length, and contractual terms
  • Ensure consistent application of best practices, accurate quoting, and adherence to policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and processes related to order processing
  • Identify and resolve order-related problems promptly, escalating complex issues to senior management or other relevant teams when required
  • Collaborate with the Sales teams by providing ongoing enablement and support on the quoting process within Salesforce
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation to keep track of changes and updates to the order fulfillment process and policies
  • Monitor key metrics, analyze trends, and provide insights to inform strategic decisions and improve performance
  • Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team on deal desk processes, tools, and best practices. Develop and maintain educational materials to enhance their skills and knowledge

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in leveraging customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals
  • Skilled in situational awareness, navigating complex scenarios effectively
  • Proficient in building relationships and negotiating, with a creative approach suited for dynamic environments
