We are seeking a Procurement - Tools & Data Analyst to support the development and delivery of improvement initiatives to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the Procurement function, and the service it provides to stakeholders.
Our Sourcing Team is responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that we secure the best value and quality from our suppliers. We believe in leveraging the latest technology and data-driven insights to streamline our operations and deliver exceptional service to our stakeholders.
Assist in the ongoing management and optimization of the toolset that facilitates our Sourcing, Contract Management, and Travel Management requirements, including but not limited to DocuSign, Zip, and Workday. This will be achieved by always considering the end-user at the heart of every decision.
Collaborate with colleagues from across N26 to co-create new processes, experiences, and functionality.
Serve as a technical leader on various projects, while tracking the team's backlog, dependencies, and risks based on priority and driven by project management.
Create and maintain vendor master data to ensure accuracy and consistency in our records.
Present data to the sourcing team and wider stakeholder network to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
Improve processes and data management within the space of sourcing analytics by developing better metrics and reporting capabilities.
Handle access control permissioning for sourcing-owned tools to ensure compliance and security in a regulated environment.
Background:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Experience with the implementation, design, configuration, and continuous improvement of software applications (desired)
Skills:
Problem-solving skills, grounded in data and driven toward process simplification
Foundational understanding of access management and access permission control in regulated environments
Strong analytical skills
Intermediate-to-advanced Google Sheets/MS Excel skills
A ‘can-do’ attitude and a willingness to take on any task, no matter how big or small
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently to meet critical deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
Fluency in English – German would be a plus
Creative thinking skills with an emphasis on developing innovative solutions to solve complex problems that may not have one clear answer
