About the opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Analyst to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will become part of an international team dedicated to evaluating, reporting, and enhancing the quality of our operations. Your contributions will help drive continuous improvement and uphold high performance standards across the organization.
In this role, you'll be supporting our banking operations team.
In your next challenge, you will:
- Conduct quality reviews: Ensure our teams’ work meets high standards through ongoing assessments and quality checks.
- Monitor vendor performance: Evaluate and track vendor effectiveness, providing regular performance updates and insights.
- Offer strategic feedback and guidance: Share meaningful feedback with our internal teams and vendors to promote improvement and oversee their progress.
- Drive improvement initiatives: Identify opportunities for enhancement and collaborate with teams to implement impactful solutions.
What you’ll need to be successful
Background:
- Language Proficiency: You are fluent in English and at least one additional supported language, such as Spanish (ESP), Italian (ITA), French (FRA), or German (DEU).
- Relevant Experience: You have prior experience in operations, Banking Operations, or other related operational roles that have equipped you with a strong understanding of process-driven environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with G Suite is essential, particularly in using Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. Experience with SQL is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage.
- Attention to Detail: You are meticulous, diligent, and have a proven ability to deliver reliable and high-quality work.
- Work Ethic: You demonstrate integrity, can work independently, and consistently meet deadlines without needing close supervision.
- Growth Mindset: You are ambitious, eager to learn, and driven to contribute to continuous improvement efforts, both within our operational teams and in collaboration with external partners.
