We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to contribute to the design, implementation and quality assurance of our solutions implemented within the Salesforce Platform and Enablement Teams. Our Salesforce Platform and Enablement teams build and maintain the Sales Cloud Salesforce Instance for N26 to enable many different business functions inside of the Operations organization of the Bank. These teams believe in transparency, innovation and open communication and collaboration to continuously support the efficient growth of the operations in N26.
In this role, you will:
Own milestones, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced environment, looking to get and provide support when necessary.
Constantly look for ways to improve the efficiency of the business processes you own inside of Salesforce through automation, redesign, simplification etc.
Work inside of a cross-functional team in an end-user centric environment.
Be accountable for the communications with the business stakeholders part of your team’s scope together with the Product Manager.
Overview and align with tech and business stakeholders the release of your changes being accountable for the QA of them.
Be an active team member that generates debates and ideas within the team involving different roles like other Salesforce Admins or Engineers and Product Managers.
Share knowledge within your team and the Salesforce guild on best practices around the Salesforce Ecosystem becoming an active member of the guild.
Have opportunities to grow your skills and make impactful contributions to key business processes for N26.
What you need to be successful:
Background:
Salesforce Administrator certification (mandatory).
Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (highly valued).
Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (valued)
Salesforce Platform developer 1 (valued).
Any software engineering background (valued).
Experience
Platform Fundamentals: Deep understanding of Salesforce core concepts, proficiency navigating the UI, lightning platform understanding and advanced Service Setup knowledge and Salesforce Service Cloud hands on experience.
Configuration: Experience creating and customizing objects, fields, layouts, rules and approvals and configurating sharing settings, record types and profiles.
Process Automations: Proficiency building and managing processes automation with Process Builder & Flows and understanding of different automation types.
Reports, Dashboards and Surveys: Ability to create customised reports, surveys and dashboards to meet business needs and knowledge of report types, filters and formulas.
Access Management and Security Model: Knowledge of Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets and sharing rules), advanced sharing and ability to implement security best practices.
Advanced Data Management: Experience ensuring the data stored in the Salesforce platform is clean, accurate and properly organized.

DevOps awareness inside Salesforce ecosystem
Skills:
Problem-solving mindset and experience with troubleshooting.
Business understanding and ability to translate it into technical solutions.
Ability to clearly bring together and document software requirements and solutions.
Effective communication and teamwork skills, collaborating in cross functional teams.
Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements and Salesforce updates with a positive and can do attitude.
A passion for learning new Salesforce features and technologies and willingness to stay updated with Salesforce releases and industry trends.
