Client Solutions Manager, Omnichannel Retail

The Client Solutions Manager is a strategic solution-driver who partners with our Omnichannel Retail clients to make sure they are successful with Meta. The role is responsible for building and strengthening customer relationships, providing business insights, driving revenue, advertiser education, and satisfaction through a consultative, data-driven approach. To excel in this role, you should possess a passion for Meta and the overall marketing ecosystem, along with consultative sales skills and a focus on client service. Developing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients, providing consultative sales support, and delivering exceptional client service are key aspects of this role. You will join a team that is working with some of Meta’s most important clients in the DACH region. This position can be located in either Hamburg or Berlin.
