We’ve been busy building a best-in-class logistics network that allows us to delight customers by speeding up deliveries, adding services, and reducing damage using our own physical, asset-based warehouses. We are looking for talented hard-working individuals to join our growing team as an Intern – your professional home awaits you at Wayfair!

What You'll Do

  • Spend 12 weeks on the floor in one of Wayfair’s many Fulfillment Centers, working with our fulfillment center management team to learn and develop the skills necessary to become a Warehouse Supervisor
  • Ensure the proper functioning and safe operations of all warehouse tools and equipment
  • Work effectively with managers within functional team and support new team members
  • Be empowered to take on significant responsibility from day one, with a high degree of autonomy, ownership, and opportunity for personal and professional development
  • Assist in organizing and conducting necessary training activities for the staff
  • Proactively think beyond the explicit assignment to ask second-order questions and identify additional operation needs
  • Gain knowledge to accurately and clearly answer questions related to your area of focus
  • Learn more about Wayfair through virtual leadership dialogues and 1:1 mentor relationship

What You'll Need

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transportation, or other relevant program with the expectation that degree will be obtained between December 2025 and August 2026. Demonstrated leadership through campus involvement; former internship or related work experience a plus

  • Eagerness to learn supervisor responsibilities, safety and legal documentation processes, and warehouse management systems
  • Should have excellent leadership and administration skills and abilities
  • Ability to learn, make decisions, and draw conclusions in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Strong motivational, effectual team building, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to effectively manage time and resolve crises
  • Must be comfortable lifting up to 75 pounds unassisted and maneuvering product 150+ pounds unassisted or via team lift
  • Able to read and comprehend English to ensure your safety and the safety of those working around you
