Spotify is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Sales Operations team, based in New York City. The Sales Operations team is dedicated to driving the growth and success of Spotify’s ads business. We strive to be a trustworthy and unbiased partner for Sales Leadership, focusing on planning, encouraging collaboration across functions, and upholding operational efficiency.

Reporting to the head of Global Mid-Market / SMB Sales Operations, this role is aligned with the US and Canada Mid-Market ad sales teams, which focus on driving advertiser acquisition, retention, and growth at scale. In this position, you will partner with Sales Leadership in these regions and collaborate with Product, Vendor Sales, Marketing, and Sales Systems & Tooling teams to identify growth opportunities, implement strategies to capture them and enhance the operational framework supporting the Sales team.
