HubSpot, the world's leading customer platform for scaling businesses, is seeking an ambitious and dynamic Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to join our Northern Europe team (covering the UKI, Nordics and Benelux market). In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and accelerating growth for this key region through strategic, integrated marketing campaigns.

As a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager for Northern Europe, you'll be instrumental in the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact, multi-channel marketing initiatives designed to generate quality demand, drive lead generation, and raise awareness of HubSpot's key products. You will orchestrate a robust regional marketing activity calendar aimed at fueling new business pipeline through direct, as well as partner engagements.

We're looking for a highly motivated marketer with exceptional campaign creation and execution skills, a data-driven mindset, and an eye for detail. This is a cross-functional role in which you'll collaborate with stakeholders across sales, customer success, partnerships, products, and the wider marketing organisation to deliver cohesive campaigns that drive measurable results.

In this role, you'll get to:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns specifically tailored for the Northern Europe market to drive brand awareness and generate quality upmarket demand
  • Build comprehensive, multi-channel campaigns in collaboration with other marketing and sales functions such as automation, paid media, customer marketing, revenue marketing, product marketing, and PR
  • Manage content & asset creation ensuring it follows the highest standards of quality while aligning with campaign objectives
  • Organise and run a variety of digital and in-person events across Northern Europe to generate net new pipeline and accelerate existing opportunities
  • Partner with external companies and regional partners to develop strategic co-marketing efforts that amplify HubSpot's visibility among business decision-makers
  • Utilize data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness, identify market trends, understand customer pain points, and inform future campaign planning
  • Manage end-to-end campaign planning, implementation, and post-campaign reporting, ensuring alignment with objectives and targets
  • Build plans and playbooks to support scaling outreach campaigns to help sales teams leverage integrated marketing materials for their efforts

We're looking for people who:

Required

  • Are self-starters, great teammates, and have 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, preferably in integrated campaign management or field-facing roles
  • Have a clear understanding of B2B tech sales processes and how integrated campaigns support the buyer journey
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of building, leading, and managing international, integrated marketing campaigns across web, social, email, events, and partner channels
  • Have experience activating global content into regional campaigns but don't shy away from creating something entirely new from scratch
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of the UK B2B marketing sector
  • Excel at orchestrating successful events, both in-person and online, as part of broader campaign strategies
  • Possess excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaign elements simultaneously
  • Can work independently against tight deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment, while keeping a sharp eye on detail and accuracy
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate with team members at varying levels, conceptually and tactically
  • Must be willing to travel 1-2 times per quarter if required for event logistics

Nice to have:

  • Demonstrate solid business acumen, with sales experience or sales enablement experience
  • Are highly analytical and use data to measure results and solve problems
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to inform marketing strategy and tactics
