To complement our rapid growth, we are actively seeking a talented and experienced Sr. People Partner to strategically partner with business units in advancing their priorities, champion organizational wide People initiatives, and bring to life Five9 values and leadership principles in everyday employee experiences. As our Sr. People Partner, you’ll be a crucial component of the People team. You will drive talent initiatives to help our business reach its potential. You have a “roll up your sleeves” approach to solving problems and driving results. You want to understand the business model and share perspective that helps leaders build and grow high performing teams. In this role, you will form effective relationships across the organization as you guide management decisions, serve as an employee champion, and strategically anticipate, analyze and respond to culture & people matters.
