Come join the Human Resources (HR) Finance team at Microsoft as a Finance Manager, Total Rewards! Finance has a reliable seat at the table with the Compensation and Benefits leadership team and you will serve as a trusted advisor to the business.
This role provides controllership support for the Global Compensation and Benefits team in HR, which includes managing the ~$4B United States (US) Benefits Cost Pool. Your analysis will be instrumental in understanding cost drivers, driving long term planning, accurate forecasting, controlling costs, and influencing resource allocation decisions.
Leveraging analysis, modeling and communication skills, business acumen, storytelling, and sound judgement is key to successfully operating in this role. You will support the business, advising them as they navigate resourcing decisions, leveraging your insights to help evaluate productivity, efficiency and thoughtful recommendations as to how to optimize.
