About the team
Our Product Marketing team’s mission is to generate customer insights that inform Stripe’s strategy, and lead go-to-market for our suite of products. Product Marketing is a highly cross-functional role at Stripe, partnering closely with Product and Engineering, Sales, Partnerships, Demand Generation and Campaigns to name a few. Different from many other Product Marketing teams, our team works across the entire product lifecycle, from helping shape the product, to driving launch and commercialization, to growing product adoption post-launch.
The Segment Product Marketing team specifically works to drive the growth of our priority customer segments. We’re looking for an experienced, collaborative, and results-oriented marketing leader to lead Enterprise and Industry Product Marketing at Stripe. In this role, you will develop messaging and positioning, craft the narrative for how our products deliver value to customers, and engage teams across sales, campaigns, demand generation, and product to drive overall awareness, pipeline, and revenue across Stripe’s prospects and existing customer base.
This role will be responsible for defining, executing, and leading a global Enterprise and Industry strategy that aligns with sales objectives and delivers a memorable and impactful experience for users across the globe. The ideal candidate is data-driven, relentlessly seeks to optimize, stays at the cutting edge of modern marketing practices, and is passionate about working hand-in-hand with sales teams to drive successful user outcomes. Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and grow a team of Enterprise and Industry PMMs.
- Lead Stripe’s Enterprise and Industry product marketing strategy and execution. Partner cross-functionally with demand gen, regional marketing, the go-to-market organization, product, and comms to define, deliver, and continually refine the Enterprise and Industry strategy aligned to Stripe’s core business priorities and user needs.
- Develop the narrative on the value of Stripe for Enterprises and for specific industries
- Develop hard-hitting campaign-level content as well as sales enablement assets
- Work closely with global Demand Generation, Field Marketing, and Customer Marketing teams to build the Enterprise and Industry marketing strategies, with the goal of driving awareness, demand, and activation of our products
- Enable sales teams to understand the value of our products and competitive solutions
- Track, measure and communicate program results, continually optimize for efficiency and scale, and seek to generate new global best practices through experimental efforts.
Who you are

Minimum requirements
- 10+ years prior product marketing experience, with a strong preference for candidates with experience working in B2B settings
- 5+ years of product marketing experience
- 5+ years of team management experience
- Experience building impactful campaigns including demand gen content and field event programming targeting the Enterprise audience
- Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization from senior leadership to project teams
- Be able to leverage data to proactively identify opportunities and drive impactful results
- Deep understanding of the sales cycle and working with sellers and other GTM teams
Preferred qualifications
- A users-first mindset, with a focus on creating incredible customer/stakeholder experiences
- Demonstrated comfort working with senior executives across a variety of disciplines
- Builder mentality with a bias to action and the ability to flex in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in Enterprise businesses as a product manager or product marketer
- Strong problem solving and analytical ability, with a track record of “test & learn” mindset
- Strong collaboration skills, a tendency to seek and value alternate views, and an ability to earn stakeholder confidence quickly and exert influence
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to craft actionable insights from complex data
