Aircall is seeking a Sales Director to lead our fantastic LATAM Sales Team and make an impact in North America. This role includes the management of all AEs closing new revenue. You will report directly to our Global VP Sales and will be responsible for defining the strategic direction of Aircall for LATAM. You are a strong people manager, passionate about designing and scaling a successful Sales organization to support our extensive growth and meet the changing needs of our customers. Youβre an expert of LATAM Go To Market with experience collaborating with Marketing, Partnerships, Outbound. This position is based in Mexico City.
