About the Role:
We are looking for an outstanding Senior Solutions Engineer to join our GTM team in North America. You are going to be our very first Solutions Engineer that has a primary focus on supporting our customer success function, working alongside the team and our biggest customers. The Solutions Engineering Team lives at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Product. We support all teams — including Customer Success — with our technical and commercial knowledge to achieve their objectives. Although you will be reporting to the Solutions Engineering Manager, your role will predominantly require you to work closely with our most important customers on a global scale!
