Overview: 

Welcome to the Agent Workspaces team at LivePerson! We are a team of 6 engineers located across 3 countries in Israel, Germany and Bulgaria.

We are looking for a Full Stack engineer, frontend oriented (all genders) to join our team. You will work in a fast-paced environment on projects spanning different company areas, aiming to enhance and simplify how brands engage with their customers through messaging. We are looking for a smart individual who wants to do more than just manage, but also shape and innovate!

 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to (your tasks): 

As a key member of our development team, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Build and enhance the core UI platform using micro frontend architecture, ensuring modularity, scalability, and performance.
  • Design and develop innovative, user-facing features, with a focus on delivering engaging and seamless user experiences.
  • Maintain WCAG accessibility certification for our UI, ensuring that all features are accessible to users with varying needs.
  • Contribute to our backend services using Node.js, ensuring smooth integration between the frontend and backend components.
  • Write efficient, testable, and maintainable code to support dynamic, real-time applications.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Vue.js, Node.js, and other modern web technologies.
  • Engage in code reviews to ensure the overall quality, maintainability, and performance of the codebase.
  • Focus on building testable code and ensure proper unit and integration tests are in place.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design user stories, and deliver high-quality features.

 

Here are some of the things you'll bring (requirements):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 3+ years of experience with Frontend Web technologies (Vue.js preferred / React.js / Angular)
  • 2+ years of experience working with Object-Oriented Programming (Java, C#, etc.) and Node.js
  • Proven expertise in core JavaScript and modern web development practices.
  • Familiarity with building and maintaining accessible web applications (WCAG).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Vue.js (or similar frameworks like React.js or Angular).
  • Proficiency in Node.js for backend development, including working with APIs, databases, and server-side logic.
  • Solid understanding of the full web development lifecycle, from design to development to deployment
  • Familiarity with Version Control Systems (e.g., GitLab) and CI/CD practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a focus on solving complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in an agile team environment.
  • A passion for writing clean, maintainable code and continuously improving the development process.
  • A strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and commitment to delivering high-quality software.
