YOUR MISSION

To collaborate with the internal team to support and strengthen Glovo reputation in ECA region with stakeholders, including involvement in issue and reputation management.

THE JOURNEY

This role involves developing and maintaining a strong governmental and community network. The candidate will engage extensively with external contacts and should have experience collaborating with central authorities, local governments, industry associations, community organizations, and various stakeholders. The candidate should have a deep understanding of government processes, policies, and excellent written, verbal, and public presentation skills.

In addition, this position involves direct involvement in the implementation of corporate social responsibility projects in the countries of the ECA region.

This position is part of the structure of the ECA Global Affairs department and reports to the Head of this department, with a dotted line to the Global Director of Public Affairs.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Represent Glovo in communication with authorities, business associations and other stakeholders to ensure our voice is heard and concerns are addressed in Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan. Develop and maintain relationships with governmental stakeholders, industry associations, local governments, communities, and other partnering organizations.
  • Take the lead on some regulatory topics and provide support to the management team on others.
  • Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory developments and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare materials, position letters, requests and other related documents to communicate the organization’s positions, support advocacy efforts and ensure the continuity of operations.
  • Organize meetings with governmental bodies, local governments, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and contribute to local and international Glovo reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, ability to plan effectively and manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to prepare and adapt communications for different audiences to maximize understanding and impact.
  • Demonstrated track record in stakeholder relations experience and relevant market expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of government organization, processes, policies and regulations affecting the organization.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a part of the team in a multinational and dynamic environment.
  • Transparency and accountability.
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • English - advanced/fluent, both verbal and written.
