Why we're hiring:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Informatica IICS Support Resource to join our team. As a key member of our data integration support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our users. You will troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and ensure the smooth operation of our IICS environment. 

What you'll be doing:

  • ncident Management:  
  • Respond to and resolve incidents related to IICS data integration processes. 
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes. 
  • Implement effective solutions to prevent recurring issues. 
  • Monitoring and Alerting:  
  • Monitor the health and performance of IICS environments. 
  • Configure alerts and notifications for critical system events. 
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues. 
  • User Support:  
  • Provide technical assistance to users on IICS functionality and best practices. 
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve their issues promptly. 
  • Document knowledge base articles and FAQs to assist users. 
  • Change Management:  
  • Participate in change management processes to ensure smooth implementation of changes to IICS environments. 
  • Assess the impact of changes on system stability and performance. 
  • Coordinate with development teams to deploy and test changes. 
  • Problem Management:  
  • Analyze recurring incidents to identify underlying problems. 
  • Implement preventive measures to minimize future occurrences. 
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues. 

What you'll need:

  • Technical Skills:  
  • Strong understanding of Informatica IICS components and architecture. 
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and other scripting languages. 
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data integration patterns. 
  • Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems and shell scripting. 
  • Soft Skills:  
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.    
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality. 
  • Experience:  
  • 2+ years of experience in Informatica IICS support or administration. 
  • Experience in troubleshooting data integration issues and resolving incidents. 
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management best practices.
