BigCommerce is looking for a Manager, Global Real Estate & Workplace Experience to manage our global real estate portfolio and hybrid workplace experience. This role will be responsible for the oversight and management of day-to-day operations of the global Workplace experience team, vendor management, workspace planning and lease negotiation. This role goes beyond operations—it’s about creating workplaces that inspire, connect, and support our global BigCommerce team. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of how we work, ensuring our offices reflect our values, culture, and commitment to excellence. This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Culture & Engagement.
