Key Responsibilities:
⦁Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless workflow and task execution.
⦁Monitor and optimize processes for efficiency and accuracy.
⦁Manage and analyze EDC machine offers, ensuring compliance with bank policies.
⦁Stay updated on the latest operational guidelines and implement them effectively.
⦁Utilize advanced Excel skills to prepare reports, track performance, and analyze data trends.
⦁Generate insights to support decision-making processes.
⦁Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate operational activities.
⦁Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance productivity.
⦁Act as a liaison between teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure clarity and consistency in operations.
⦁Prepare and present operational updates and performance metrics to management.
Requirements:
⦁Minimum of 5 years in an operational role, preferably in a similar capacity.
⦁Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
⦁Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
⦁Sound understanding of EDC machine functionalities and related bank offers.
⦁Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications:
⦁Background in operations or payment systems is an advantage.
⦁Experience in process improvement and operational strategy.
