About the team: Growth Management – Oil & Gas. This team is directly responsible for growth of Oil and Gas offline transactions & users at Paytm.

Key Expectations/ Requirements:
● Responsible for identifying areas of growth in various regions and designing and implementing ideas to drive them.
● Drive goal setting for sales teams in collaboration with sales heads-
Region/Zone/Product wise.
● Review Sales Team on different key metrics and drive them to achieve those
metrics.
● Visit market periodically and interact with stakeholders like sales team, channel partners, etc to gather information on industry developments and identify opportunities and measure the field’s pulse.
● Define and implement processes that develop and strengthen the skills, instincts,abilities, of our distribution team to succeed with multiple priorities and changing external environment.
● Use Sales data analytics to drive sales effectiveness on ground at the
regional/State/Town Level. Develop effective methods and processes to enhance
the performance of sales organization.
● Provide data analytics, completion analysis industry mapping etc.
● Take an active role in the adoption of technology to automate periodic reports
related to sales KPI and achievement.
Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
● Ability to review, lead and influence large groups of people
● Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills
● Should have worked in sales for 2 years in a recognized FMCG company.
● Educational background: MBA Preferred but not mandatory
● 3-4 years of relevant experience after MBA from tier 2/3 B School.
● Highly analytical and detail-oriented, ability to take ownership of the task at hand.
