About the Role
The Partnerships & Alliances Team at Paytm is dedicated to understanding and expanding the market for our customers. This role is crucial in identifying and segmenting our customer base to deliver on both conscious and subconscious preferences, thereby enhancing the user experience on Paytm.

As a Partnerships Manager, you’ll be instrumental in driving business growth by building and sustaining relationships with key partner organizations. Using data insights, you’ll identify customer trends and create impactful campaigns aligned with Paytm’s objectives.

Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and strengthen 4-5 strategic partnerships across banks, digital wallets, and other relevant partners.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the partner ecosystem to align partnerships with Paytm's goals.
Co-create 5-10 targeted campaigns per account monthly, optimizing engagement and growth.
Identify and leverage new strategic and tactical opportunities by analyzing data to recruit new users and drive revenue growth.
Negotiate agreements and contracts, ensuring smooth and timely closures.
Monitor and assess key performance metrics to meet monthly objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams across technology, payments, marketing, growth, finance, legal, and supply to bring campaigns to fruition.

Requirements
2-5 years of relevant experience, ideally with a data-driven approach in consumer-centric industries.
Strong relationship-building skills, both within the organization and with external partners.
Proven track record of driving growth through data-based decision-making and opportunity prioritization.
Ability to excel in an evolving market environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Demonstrates initiative, effectively plans, and balances analysis with action.
Innovative problem-solving skills, with original approaches to unique challenges.
Strong bias for action with a results-oriented approach in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across all organizational levels.
