About the Team:
The requirement is in the Merchant Helpdesk (MHD) Team. MHD is responsible for creating a unique customer experience for Paytm Merchants with optimized operational processes guided by data analytics.

About the Role:
● Write, edit and review content for SOPs, chatbots, social media, videos, email campaigns, WhatsApp communications etc.
● Work closely with process, product and operations teams to create and edit impactful content that generates results.
● Use editing, content management, and HTML skills to publish content across in-house content platform.
● Visit training centers to get in-depth knowledge and live feedback to simplify and create better SOPs.
● Create social media communications/responses across verticals, as required. Ensuring the responses increase/add to customer’s delight. Adhere to company policies while creating communications. 

Expectations/ Requirements:
● Graduation/Post-graduation (BA/MA) in English Language.
● Minimum 2 years of experience of working with online content companies. Experience in fintech and HTML will be an added advantage.
● Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must.
● Skilled in creating and editing audio/video content.
● Sound understanding of social media platforms.
● Should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision.
● Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously.
● Should have good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
● Proficiency with writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
