So, what’s the role all about?

Join our team as a Senior QA Engineer and contribute to the delivery of a high-quality Contact Center Copilot solution. In this role, you will be responsible for validating integrations, ensuring the robustness of data ingestion pipelines, and testing innovative LLM-based features. You’ll collaborate with development teams to automate testing processes and deliver seamless functionality across cloud services. Your role will be crucial in driving quality assurance processes and supporting the continuous delivery of an exceptional product.

How will you make an impact?

  • Develop test cases for data pipelines and integrations with external systems.
  • Automate functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • Validate integrations AWS Bedrock Knowledge Base.
  • Test serverless applications using AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
  • Collaborate with developers to understand business requirements and ensure test coverage.
  • Test and validate LLM-based product functionalities.
  • Identify, report, and track software defects.
  • Conduct performance and scalability testing.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of test automation scripts.
  • Ensure testing aligns with security and compliance requirements.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines for efficient testing and deployment.
  • Document test cases, results, and defects in detail.
  • Work closely with QA leads to enhance testing processes.
  • Stay updated with QA trends and tools for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in Agile sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables by adhering to industry standards.

Have you got what it takes?

  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 5-8 years of experience in QA and testing.
  • Strong knowledge of test automation tools like Selenium, Pytest, or Postman.
  • Hands-on experience testing cloud-native applications and services.
  • Familiarity with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, and API Gateway.
  • Experience in validating integrations with external systems like Salesforce or SharePoint.
  • Proficient in Python for test automation.
  • Knowledge of LLM-based testing methodologies is an advantage.
  • Exposure to performance testing tools such as Gatling.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.
  • Strong debugging and analytical skills.
  • Good understanding of version control systems like Git.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript or Angular testing frameworks is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • ISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Proactive mindset with attention to detail and quality.
