Within our Customer Care team, Customer Success is in charge of making sure we help our clients grow. Because of the importance that our clients have for us, this is a team that is placed at the heart of our operations and a very important role.
We are recruiting our Customer Success Manager (CSM) , in charge of Small and Medium Business (SMB) in France, Italy and Middle East market.
We are specifically looking for a tech-savvy individual with strong relationship building skills and business acumen to help our customers succeed in reaching their business goals through an optimised use of Aircall.
