Media Producer

We are seeking a talented Media Producer with additional skills in animation to join our creative team. This role focuses on creating high-quality video content for a variety of platforms, with the ability to design and incorporate motion graphics or animations when needed. You will be instrumental in visually telling the Awardco story, producing content that resonates with both clients and employees.                                   

What you will do: 

• Videography:
  • Plan, shoot, and edit professional video content, including interviews, promotional campaigns, event coverage, and social media clips.
  • Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for both studio and on-location shoots.
  • Ensure video projects align with Awardco’s brand, tone, and strategic goals.
• Post-Production:
  • Edit footage into polished videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Incorporate color grading, audio mixing, and other finishing touches to enhance video quality.
• Animation:
  • Create and integrate motion graphics such as lower-thirds, title sequences, and animated infographics into videos.
  • Occasionally design short animated content, such as explainer videos or dynamic social media assets.
• Webinars
  
  • Work closely with the content marketing team to coordinate and execute A/V for live and prerecorded webinars, to include events with in-person speakers and hybrid events where speakers are in-person and remote.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in film production, media, design, or a related field (or equivalent experience) in desired.
• 3+ years of professional videography experience, including filming, editing, and post-production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, camera techniques, and editing workflows.
• Experience in both studio and on-location production environments, including professional interaction with customers.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing to travel 1-2 times a month, primarily within the United States.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with color grading tools.
• Experience creating branded corporate content or B2B campaigns.
• A portfolio showcasing professional videography and examples of motion graphics or animation integration.
