IT Systems Engineer

The IT Systems Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of integrations between SaaS applications. This includes understanding business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and building robust and scalable solutions. The role also involves evaluating and onboarding new SaaS applications, as well as developing and managing automation within a low-code platform.

What you will do:

• Design, develop, and implement integrations between various SaaS applications using APIs, webhooks, and other integration methods.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data integrity and system stability.
• Evaluate and recommend new SaaS applications to meet business needs.
• Onboard and configure new SaaS applications, including user provisioning and access management.
• Develop and maintain automation workflows within a low-code platform (e.g., Zapier, Torii, Workato, etc.).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Document integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SaaS technologies and integration best practices.
• Provide technical support to end-users regarding SaaS applications and integrations.
• Contribute to the overall improvement of IT processes and infrastructure.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. Equivalent practical experience will be considered.  
• Proven experience (3+ years) in IT systems engineering, with a focus on SaaS integrations.
• Strong understanding of API concepts (REST, SOAP) and experience working with APIs.
• Experience with at least one low-code automation platform or experience coding automation scripts. (e.g., Zapier, Torii, Workato, Tray.io, Webhooks).
• Familiarity with various SaaS applications (e.g., Workspace, Jira, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript, PowerShell)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
