What is the Role:

Elastic is seeking a dedicated and experienced Barcelona-based Enablement Onboarding Program Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that Elastic’s new EMEA field sales employees, including Account Executives and Solutions Architects (SA), are effectively onboarded and equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales enablement, training, and development, with a passion for creating impactful onboarding experiences.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Onboarding Program Development: Assist in the creation, coordination, and execution of comprehensive onboarding programs for new field sales employees in EMEA. Ensure training programs are aligned with Elastic's core solutions, desired sales skills, and EMEA’s regional objectives. Will track the pipeline and development of new Elastic field sales employees and ensure compliance with regional regulations and business practices.
  • Tech Stack Utilization: Facilitate the adoption and effective use of key sales tools, including Salesforce, ElasticGPT (internal GenAI search), Seismic, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Regional Coordination: Collaborate regionally with EMEA Sales, SA, Services, and Customer Architect leaders to tailor training programs to specific regional sales strategies. Ensure regionally aligned, consistent, and repeatable education outcomes.
  • Training Program Implementation: Design and implement regionally aligned training programs that are engaging, effective, and aligned with the latest industry best practices. 
  • Regularly update training materials to reflect new product features and market trends.
    Performance Metrics: Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Sales Ops to track leading and lagging KPIs to measure the effectiveness of onboarding and training programs. 
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve training timelines and outcomes.
  • Cross-Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and HR, to ensure alignment and support for training initiatives.
    Continuous Improvement: Establish a feedback loop with field sales leaders and employees to gather feedback and improve training programs. 

 

What you bring with you:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, sales enablement, training, or a related field. Proven track record of accelerating business outcomes through effective onboarding programs. Experience managing onboarding programs across multiple regions, particularly within EMEA.
  • Event Coordination: Project management skills to create, communicate, and track details of Elastic training events.
  • Technical Proficiency: Understanding of Salesforce, Seismic, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Generative AI tools. Ability to quickly learn and teach new technologies to drive adoption. 
  • Product Knowledge: Experience with or can quickly learn Elastic's core products: Search, Observability, and Security.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. 
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Currently living in Barcelona!
