Service Operations Engineer

The Service Operations Team has the responsibility for evaluating technologies and developing solutions that allow Meta to support products delivered to the market at scale. Meta seeks a Service Operations Engineer focused on refurbishment and remanufacture, factory setup and supplier qualification. We are looking for a slightly impatient individual willing to face down their fear of failure to accomplish bold things. The role of a Service Operations Engineer is complex and is required to be led by someone who is both technically proficient to work with the engineering design teams, but also experienced in supply chain and remanufacturing to bring that hardware process and technology into the mass production. Your role will be to act as the interface between the Meta Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to implement and execute comprehensive service solutions for our products.
