Sales Strategy Planning and Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly quantitative, strategic-minded and detail-oriented Lead to join the Sales Strategic Planning & Operations (SSPO) Team. The mission of the SSPO team is to maximize business performance by being the objective, trusted partner to the sales organization – through strategic planning and driving critical projects in partnership with cross functional teams. The candidate is expected to combine strategic and operational planning, analysis and decision-making skills with highly analytical insights, where roughly 50% of the position time will be dedicated to support the LatAm region, and the remaining 50% to support high priority product adoption in the Americas (LatAm + NA) Region. Stakeholder management and communication skills are necessary. The candidate is expected to work well independently and in collaboration and be comfortable with working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
