Silicon Performance Architect

Reality Labs (RL) focuses on delivering Meta's vision through AI-first devices that leverage Mixed Reality (MR) and Augmented Reality (AR). The compute performance and power efficiency requirements of MR and AR necessitate custom silicon solutions. The Reality Labs Silicon team is driving innovation forward with highly integrated System-on-Chips (SoCs) that incorporate breakthroughs in computer vision, machine learning, mixed reality, graphics, displays, sensors, and human body mapping. Our chips will enable AR and MR devices that seamlessly blend our real and virtual worlds throughout the day. As part of the Reality Labs SoC Performance team, you will help lead performance modeling, correlation, workload profiling, and analysis efforts. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation of SoC architecture and micro-architecture, experience in developing performance models, and collecting performance analysis data to guide the design of next-generation SoCs. Successful candidates are motivated self-starters who are comfortable operating in a cross-functional environment and have a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
