As Director, you will be responsible for shaping the priorities for the Large Customer Sales (LCS) business in Canada, (including running strategic planning and cross-Google initiatives), ensuring the delivery of these priorities through the management of strategic programs and by ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of sales operations.
In this role, you will manage the Google Canada Strategy and Operations team, and partner with Googleβs Country Manager, as well as the Google Canada LCS leadership team and key cross-functional leads. You will also work with the Americas Go-to-Market (GTM) leadership team, to land global initiatives, and identify opportunities for growth and sharing of practices across the Americas.The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $269,000-$378,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
