JioCinema is seeking a seasoned, visionary Creative Director to join our team in Mumbai, reporting to the Senior Vice President, Brand & Creative Marketing. As the creative lead, you will be instrumental in elevating our creative communications and storytelling, helping define and refine JioCinema’s voice and identity as a brand that is set to disrupt the digital media & entertainment industry and cater to the content aspirations of 1.4 billion people.
About the Brand and Creative Marketing Team:
The Brand & Creative Marketing team (BCM) leads the creative strategy and development of all platform/ service campaigns, tentpole content marketing campaigns and brand-first strategic initiatives for JioCinema. We deliver customised creative solutions to business objectives by using culture and creativity to drive word of mouth & earn headlines that eventually drive viewership, acquire subscribers, and build the brand.
The Brand & Creative Marketing team works side-by-side with the business development, sports & content marketing, product, design and content leaders across JioCinema’s central, sports and entertainment functions.
About the role:
The ideal candidate must demonstrate deep passion and expertise in creative marketing. Any entertainment marketing experience will be preferred. The right candidate will be capable of building strong creative that can drive specific outcomes - consumer acquisition, brand and platform adoption and buzz / word of mouth around the biggest JioCinema content and brand offerings.
The candidate should be well versed in developing a campaign positioning and strategy and ultimately, the crafting and execution of marketing campaigns that inspire people to share and talk about JioCinema and our content.
This role must be able to closely collaborate with key cross-functional leaders across Title/ Sports Marketing, Business Development, Partnerships, Content, Consumer Insights, Product & Design, PR and Media strategy.
